Storage and Picking

Storage and Picking

Here our keystones are rigorous control and efficient reporting.

Control of stocks and movements

Control of stocks and movements

We work exclusively with Radio Frequency from the moment that the goods arrive at the unloading bay.
If the goods are not identified with a barcode we will generate one and then our Warehouse Management System takes over and tells us where to store them, when and how to prepare them for delivery to their destination, all according to the daily instructions of the client and the parameters we preprogram together from the outset.

This gives us complete control in real time of every box and pallet in stock and the ability to trace any batch number or material from the time it comes into the cold store until it leaves.

Reporting

Reporting

Our state of the art WMS allows us to supply our clients, at any time of the day they require, with a true photograph of their stock and confirmation of goods in and out in the previous 24 hours. We can do this in any medium that may be requested EDI, FTP, plain text files or e-mail for example. All relevant security measures are taken with all our communications.

Storage capacity

Storage capacity

Our total, countrywide, storage capacity is just a little over 338,000m³. In pallets that translate to 58,650 spaces of which 2,500 are dedicated to picking and order preparation in specially designed areas of the cold store.
